The character of Sawyer was originally supposed to be an older, gross, dress-wearing corner-town artist from Buffalo, New York. But when Josh Holloway forgot his lines during an audition, then kicked a chair and cursed loudly in frustration, the writers liked the style he gave Sawyer and decided to write Sawyer as a more Southern, dark drifter. Jin and Sun’s wedding and “Kwon,” which becomes a major plot point in the final season.

It’s great that the show has aged. After watching it all again, some of the stories make more sense. I also think the ending makes a lot more sense now.
This was something that completely surprised me when I first watched Lost
It was a great show that paved the way for the great, high-quality TV shows we enjoy today.
