A family of ranchers in Montana is confronted by others encroaching on their land. Forry J. Smith, who plays Lloyd, is a seasoned master in the world of rodeo. John Dutton (Kevin Costner) often seems to “forget” his Montana accent and revert to his usual Southern California voice. Featured in WatchMojo: The 10 Best Summer TV Shows Off Your Radar (2018). I don’t believe that anyone makes westerns better than Kevin Costner, and with Taylor Sheridan as the screenwriter, it’s a win-win for the audience. Take a look at Windy River to see an example of what Taylor Sheridan is capable of. Where was Cole Hauser hiding? He is amazing. I think that the daughter is a necessary part, but she overdoes it with bitchiness. The scenery is fantastic and being from Colorado I can really appreciate the vastness of the beautiful land. Do yourself a favor and watch this series, it promises to be a win-win.
