Amid the bitter conflict between the cities of Piltover and Zaun, two sisters fight on opposing sides in a war between magical technology and opposing beliefs. Check out the actors behind some of your favorite animated films and series, including Elly Purnell in “Arcane.” ;. Fortiche Productions filmed a music video for “Get Jinxed” for Riot in 2013. Riot was so impressed with the work that they asked Fortiche to create an animated series that took them several years to complete. After the release of the first season, Riot announced that there would be a second season and that its production would take less time.

I watched it with my parents who know nothing about the League universe.
As for me
I’ve been playing League since 2010, so my opinion may be a little biased. But my parents were pleasantly surprised. They said that at times it was a little obvious that this series was aimed more at a young adult audience. Some of the use of pop songs and the meanness is a little over the top. But overall they enjoyed the first 3 episodes and wouldn’t mind watching the rest on their own time.
I loved it!
It was everything I had hoped for and then some. Riot’s art department has always been on their A game. And with the footage from Fortiche, I knew this one had very little chance of going wrong. Knowing Riot’s art department, it has an excellent story, well-written characters, and a world rich in lore to draw from. Overall, this show comes together very nicely.
And it showcases some of the best talent Riot has to offer
