The Jackal drives a white Alfa Romeo Spider
Narrative
The Jackal is an elusive assassin who makes his money by carrying out murders for top fees. He soon meets a dogged British intelligence officer who tracks him down in a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase across Europe. In The Jackal (1973), the Jackal also drives a white Alfa Romeo, albeit an earlier generation model.
I love anything Eddie Redmayne is in
Quoted in Graham Norton i gosti: Denzel Washington/Paul Mescal/Saoirse Ronan/Eddie Redmayne/Blossoms (2024). He has a vulnerability that makes me want to delve deeper into the characters. As a cold-blooded assassin, I think it’s a bit far-fetched, but as someone who is “apparently in hiding,” it makes sense.
Neither her acting nor her on-screen persona is worthy
As others have noted, the female lead just spoiled it for me. Why she keeps getting badass roles for women is beyond me. We have so many other talented actors to choose from.
Her character doesn’t help her either
I didn’t think much of her in Captain Marvel, liked her even less when she wore 007’s number, and now she just ruins the scenes every time she appears. I will watch the series until the end, but… so sad that I won’t watch this series again.
Season 2 has already been renewed
I don’t know how the story continues yet, but I hope they change the character Bianca somehow.
