The film is set in the desert on the border between Colombia and Venezuela, where petrol dealers, known as “pimpineros”, risk their lives by illegally transporting fuel from one country to another. Juan (Alejandro Speitzer) is the youngest of a clan of three brothers involved in this dangerous trade, forced to work for a sinister rival. Determined to uncover the terrible secrets surrounding this no-man’s land, Juan’s girlfriend Diana (Laura Osma) sets out to find the truth.
